All content on Knowloria, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Knowloria or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content

• Remove any copyright or proprietary notices
• Share your account or course access with others

Course instructors retain ownership of their course content, and you may not use instructor content outside of the platform without permission.

When you purchase a course or subscription:

• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Payment must be made through our authorized payment processors
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase information
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy (30-day money-back guarantee for eligible courses)
• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for the current billing period

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for most paid courses. To be eligible for a refund:

• You must request a refund within 30 days of purchase
• You must not have completed more than 50% of the course content
• You must provide a valid reason for the refund request

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Please note:

• Free courses are not eligible for refunds
• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Digital certificates are non-refundable once issued

You retain ownership of any content you post, upload, or submit to Knowloria. However, by posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on the platform.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content:

• Does not violate any laws or third-party rights
• Is accurate and not misleading
• Does not contain offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate material
• Does not infringe on intellectual property rights

We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content that violates these terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the service will immediately cease
• You will lose access to all course materials and certificates
• We may delete your account and all associated data

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account deletion feature in your settings.

Knowloria is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without any warranties, expressed or implied.

We do not guarantee that:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• The results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the service will be corrected
• Course content will meet your specific requirements or expectations

We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the service or course content.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Knowloria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the use of our service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Knowloria operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you must stop using the service.
